Our primary services include program evaluation, management consulting, epidemiologic research, and data analysis. We design process and outcome evaluations, longitudinal or cross-sectional epidemiological studies, and surveys; evaluate community engagement strategies; and analyze primary and secondary data. Whenever possible, we triangulate data from multiple sources to deliver the most accurate and meaningful results.

For research studies, we employ sophisticated random-sampling techniques when representative data are required, but we are also comfortable using convenience samples when smaller-scale evaluations are preferred by our clients. Our expertise includes qualitative data collection and analysis, including work with focus groups, interviews, and community engagement. On the quantitative side, we skillfully employ a range of techniques, including multivariate data analysis, GIS mapping, and spatial analysis. We also offer technical assistance or internal capacity-building in many of these areas.
